The film is the final part of the trilogy by great Scandinavian director Roy Andersson, continuing on from “Songs from the second floor” (2000) and “You the living” (2007). It is a black comedy about the grotesque and the absurd, which consists of 39 minimalistic episodes. The film received the Golden Lion award at the Venice Film Festival.
