Viktor Zilov is the luckiest man alive. He lives in a large provincial city, and works as a web designer for the leading regional Internet portal. He is an energetic man in the prime of his life. Women love him, and he is surrounded by friends. Viktor has lived with Galya for six years now — a beautiful, intelligent, good-hearted woman — and is completely happy, all the while having affair after affair. His decisions, in keeping with the spirit of the times, bring him new bits of good luck: a new place, a new position, a new lover... Why is it so hard for him to accept these gifts of fate?
Two stars of contemporary Russian cinema, Evgeniy Tsyganov and Chulpan Khamatova, star in Aleksandr Proshkin’s artful drama of everyday life (“Miracle,” “Cold Summer of 1953”), a contemporary version of Aleksandr Vampilov’s “Duck Hunt.”
