1955. A photographer from Life magazine, Dennis Stock, organizes a photo session with the Hollywood’s rising star and sex-symbol of a new generation, James Dean. During their joint trip from Los Angeles to New York and Indiana, the two young men becomes fast friends. Soon, the 24-year-old Dean is killed in a tragic car accident, and Dennis is left with little more than the legendary black and white photo of the actor in a long black trench coat, shot in a rainy Times Square...
This is the fourth film from cult photographer and director Anton Corbijn, which brings to life a legend of American cinema – the “rebel without a cause,” James Dean. Starring Robert Pattinson and Dane DeHaan. The film premiered at the 2015 Berlin Film Festival.
