New York,1950s. The calm life of a young talented poet John Malcolm Brinnin, a hard-working Harvard graduate, turns upside down when he decides to bail out his idol — the legendary Welsh poet and playwright Dylan Thomas. John invites Dylan Thomas, who is hopelessly addicted to alcohol, to New York for literary meetings and lecturing. But he couldn't imagine that their alliance will turn out a disaster for both of them.
Elijah Wood and Celyn Jones starring in a monochrome biographic aesthetic drama recounting the ‘short meeting’ of two great poets of English literature — the diligent Brinnin and the rowdy Dylan Thomas.
