A summer’s night in Berlin. A young girl from Spain — Victoria — has just moved to Berlin from Madrid, but she hasn’t yet managed to make any friends. So, she decides to go out clubbing on her own. At one of the parties, she meets four local guys and ends up having a gentle dalliance with one of them. But in the middle of the night, instead of going on a romantic walk Victoria becomes implicated in a bank robbery.
Huge hit at Berlin International Film Festival, the film is shot in a single take, no cutting, over the course of just one night. Film critics have said about the German director: “think Luc Besson meets the Dardenne brothers”. The film is a mindbending example of digital cinema that won the Silver Bear award (coming joint with “Under Electric Clouds” by German Jr.) for outstanding artistic aontribution at Berlin International Film Festival.
